I have known Jada Mae for at least twenty years.
She has run for many political offices in her preservative party.
We knew her ex-husband when he begged for money and used heroin on the
streets of downtown Portland. He died of an overdose.
Jada Mae also lost a child in a drowning accident at the coast.
She has been homeless and now is the honorary mayor of
Dignity
Village, a homeless camp in
NE Portland. She is the first homeless
candidate running for mayor of
Portland. She has also suffered many
illnesses, including a stroke and a heart attack, which left her in a wheel
chair. She came by to get some of
our tracts to read and we gave her a free burger and fellowship.
She said she was suffering from diabetes so we prayed
for her for healing. Just like in Acts 2:42. She is now with the Lord.
